The AVT Double Anodized Panel is an aluminium panel and consists, in contrast to most panels, of two anodised layers: matt and glossy shades and a design. This is a unique element and offers many possibilities. You can combine one or two colours with a design. Therefore, the double anodized panel gives the panel an impressive appearance. AVT Double Anodized Panels have two anodized layers: one glossy and one matt.
There are six patterns developed for inspiration: Rock, Rust, Frosty, Blossom, Zinc and Nest. These patterns are etched into the panels with a special procedure. From up close, you can see the 3D effect: the glossy colour is on top. From a distance the shiny parts will be highlighted in the sunshine. This creates a nice and lively panel.

Panels can be delivered in 1, 2 or 3 mm thickness. If you want your own design etched into the panels, you have to send your image in black and white, 300 dpi PDF document. So remember, only pure black and white (no grey) pixels can be used in the pattern.
The AVT Double Anodized Panel offers many possibilities and is available in all our colours. You can make one or two colour combinations and a unique design. The colours on the panels are made with electrochemical deposition of metal salts in the pores of the anodizing layer. Therefore, aluminium is durable, corrosion-resistant, UV resistant and has a life expectancy of over 80 years, without losing gloss or colour. We provide a warranty of 20 years for all colours.
